Issue
If terms and conditions are required to place an order, and you are trying to finalize an order created using Purchase Orders, the order can't be placed using online payment methods like credit cards.
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a simple product. 1. Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > General and choose B2B Features. 1. Set Enable Company and Enable Purchase Orders to Yes. 1. Go to Stores > Settings > Terms and Conditions and create a new condition. Set Applied to Manually. 1. Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Sales > Checkout and set Enable Terms and Conditions to Yes. 1. Go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Sales > Payment Methods and configure Braintree. 1. On the storefront, create a company. 1. In the admin, go to Customers > Companies. 1. Approve the company and allow Purchase Orders. 1. On the frontend, log in to the account. 1. Add an item to the cart. 1. Place an order using Purchase Order. 1. In the customer dashboard, click the Purchase Orders tab. 1. Create an order from the new purchase order. Then select credit card as the payment method. 1. Agree to the terms and conditions. 1. Place the order.
Adobe's page lists 1.5.1 as compatible; the versions below are resolved from the current QPT constraints and are the ones the tool will offer.
Install
Install the Quality Patches Tool with composer require magento/quality-patches, apply the prerequisites listed for all files applicable to your distribution and version first, then run vendor/bin/magento-patches apply ACSD-65223. On Cloud, add ACSD-65223 under stage.build.QUALITY_PATCHES in .magento.env.yaml.
For cweagans/composer-patches, choose a compatible version below and download the bundle. Copy its ACSD-65223/ folder into patches/composer/, merge composer.patches.json into composer.json, then run composer install. Bundle prerequisites the same way and list them first. Paths are relative to each package root, using the default -p1 level. Prefer local files when configuring composer-patches; a remote URL can change.
