The regular price is not displayed on Product Listing pages for configurable products that have child products with special prices. Quality patch ACSD-53636 for magento/module-catalog applies to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.3 to 2.4.4-p17.

Issue
The regular price is not displayed on Product Listing pages for configurable products that have child products with special prices.
Steps to reproduce
1. Log in to the admin and go to Admin > Catalog, and create or open any configurable product. 2. Open the child product and add a special price to all or one of the child products and save the product. 3. Go to frontend and open the Product Detail page of the configurable product; on the swatches of the child product with special price, you will see the Regular price striked out (expected). 4. Go to frontend and open the Product Listing page for the configurable product with special price; see that the configurable product swatch changes don't display the regular price unlike the Product Detail Page and other simple products.
Adobe's page lists 2.4.3 - 2.4.4-p6 as compatible; the versions below are resolved from the current QPT constraints and are the ones the tool will offer.
Adobe scheduled the permanent fix for 2.4.7.
Install
Install the Quality Patches Tool with composer require magento/quality-patches, apply the prerequisites listed for all files applicable to your distribution and version first, then run vendor/bin/magento-patches apply ACSD-53636. On Cloud, add ACSD-53636 under stage.build.QUALITY_PATCHES in .magento.env.yaml.
For cweagans/composer-patches, choose a compatible version below and download the bundle. Copy its ACSD-53636/ folder into patches/composer/, merge composer.patches.json into composer.json, then run composer install. Bundle prerequisites the same way and list them first. Paths are relative to each package root, using the default -p1 level. Prefer local files when configuring composer-patches; a remote URL can change.
