Issue
Free Shipping isn't applied during multi-shipping checkout when Cart Price Rules include sub-select conditions and products with specific prices.
Steps to reproduce
1. Create a customer account with two addresses. 1. Enable Free Shipping and set Minimum Order Amount to 999999. 1. Navigate to Admin > Marketing > Cart Price Rules, and create a cart price rule with the following conditions: If ALL of these conditions are TRUE: * Subtotal is at least 50 * The subtotal is at most 500 * Apply this condition if the total amount is 50 or more for a subset of cart items that meet all specified criteria: * Category is 23 1. Install Sample data. 1. Add the following products to the cart in the specified order: * Wayfarer Messenger Bag * Olivia 1/4 Zip Light Jacket * Sprite Yoga Companion Kit. 1. Open the shopping cart and verify that the Free Shipping option is available. 1. Click Check Out with Multiple Addresses. 1. Select a different shipping address for the simple product. 1. Click Go to Shipping Information.
Adobe's page lists 2.4.5 - 2.4.7-p6 as compatible; the versions below are resolved from the current QPT constraints and are the ones the tool will offer.
Adobe scheduled the permanent fix for 2.4.9.
Install
Install the Quality Patches Tool with composer require magento/quality-patches, apply the prerequisites listed for all files applicable to your distribution and version first, then run vendor/bin/magento-patches apply ACP2E-4050. On Cloud, add ACP2E-4050 under stage.build.QUALITY_PATCHES in .magento.env.yaml.
For cweagans/composer-patches, choose a compatible version below and download the bundle. Copy its ACP2E-4050/ folder into patches/composer/, merge composer.patches.json into composer.json, then run composer install. Bundle prerequisites the same way and list them first. Paths are relative to each package root, using the default -p1 level. Prefer local files when configuring composer-patches; a remote URL can change.
