The order total is incorrect when placing a purchase order with disabled or out-of-stock products. Quality patch ACSD-53643 for magento/module-catalog-inventory applies to Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce 2.4.3 to 2.4.6-p15.

Issue
The order total is incorrect when placing a purchase order with disabled or out-of-stock products.
Steps to reproduce
1. Install B2B and Inventory. 1. Go to Admin > Store > Configuration > B2B and set Company = Yes and Purchase Order = Yes. 1. Clear configuration cache. 1. Create a new company, activate it, and enable Purchase order for the company. 1. Create a new user for the company. 1. Create an Approval rule to approve all orders of more than 1 USD by the company administrator. 1. Create an additional source. 1. Log in as the new company user. 1. Add two products to the cart and place a purchase order. 1. Disable the second product. 1. Log in as the company admin. 1. Open the purchase order and see that the purchase order contains both products and the total is for both products. 1. Approve the purchase order. 1. Place the order. 1. Open the order details.
Adobe's page lists 2.4.3 - 2.4.6-p3 as compatible; the versions below are resolved from the current QPT constraints and are the ones the tool will offer.
Adobe scheduled the permanent fix for 2.4.7.
Install
Install the Quality Patches Tool with composer require magento/quality-patches, apply the prerequisites listed for all files applicable to your distribution and version first, then run vendor/bin/magento-patches apply ACSD-53643. On Cloud, add ACSD-53643 under stage.build.QUALITY_PATCHES in .magento.env.yaml.
For cweagans/composer-patches, choose a compatible version below and download the bundle. Copy its ACSD-53643/ folder into patches/composer/, merge composer.patches.json into composer.json, then run composer install. Bundle prerequisites the same way and list them first. Paths are relative to each package root, using the default -p1 level. Prefer local files when configuring composer-patches; a remote URL can change.
